    1/23/26: I am so sorry about that! I am guessing you missed our January 19 email regarding this issue (I am wondering if it went to spam). We are sorry to have miss-packed your order and have offered either a replacement to be sent out or a refund. We were waiting to hear back. I sent you another message but if you don't receive that one you can let me know here if you would prefer a replacement or refund. If we don't hear back today we will issue the refund to be sure to resolve this. Again, so sorry for the mistake!

    Love this product!

    We have been ordering for years. Both my husband and myself use the walnut butter on toast, in smoothies and in baking. Products are sent very quickly. I like supporting a family owned business rather than a large Corporation. We plan on being customers for a long time!!
